Stick with the battery backed up quartz units for that! New clocks and used clocks that are stated to contain new battery quartz movements have a 30 day warranty. This warranty is limited to a free replacement movement mailed to your location for local installation. For the most part, replacing a quartz movement is an easy, do it yourself procedure. I guarantee that my items are honestly represented and will accept a return within 14 days for a full refund if I inadvertently misrepresented an item.
