I would like to tell you that we are not restaurant equipment dealers or in the restaurant business and have never been in those businesses. I am an individual that happens to like stainless steel and bought this unit at an auction about 7 years ago to have in my garage at my residence. I do not know the age of this unit. I WLL NOT be able to answer any restaurant, health department, etc. questions. I WILL DO my best to answer any other questions that you may have. A full 96 inches (8 feet) Stainless Steel table, sink, cabinet combination. Label says Universal Stainless, Inc. A Leggett & Platt Co. Quality Stainless Steel Products, Denver, Co. Model #.....CUSTOM is etched in the box. The word Walmart is written in black marker on the back of the unit. 96" long, 30 inches deep, sits about 34.5 inches tall, 8 legs, 1 sink, 1 roll out drawer, 4 cabinet doors. All stainless back on unit and splashguard on the table area. Drawer 16" wide by 20 deep....Sink: 12" wide by 14 by 10" deep.. I have it sitting on a furniture dolly right now in the pics so that I can move it around in my garage. I have NEVER had the sink hooked up. It appears to be in good overall shape, used, not new. PROBLEMS.....It is missing one leg. I have never had that leg so it has always been fine, very heavy, never noticed anything different with one leg missing. The spout part of the faucet doesn't seem to want to screw into the faucet. For shipping reasons they had taken that off and I have never been able to screw it back in, as it didn't matter, I wasn't using the sink. The rest of the faucet and the connectors that are underneath look fine. Surface scratching: I sold an extra stainless steel table I had, from my garage once and it seems there were 10 emails from one guy about surface scratching, so I will attempt this here. The unit is new, there is some service scratching. I can run my hand over the top and NO I don't get cut or feel any deep ridges, etc. Nothing is unusual but general age related scratching. Below the sink on the stainless fronting is some staining that did not rub off when I wiped it down. I basically dusted/wiped down this piece but did not give it a total cleaning. HOW ABOUT you see this: Inspection!!!! To solve the problems of condition I would strongly prefer and urge you to see the unit. This way, if you purchase it, you are happy and I am happy because you are not guessing at what it seems to be, so with that said, call me at 951-202-2823 if you would like to come by and see this. I am home a lot and will make it easy on you. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY:....OR SHIPPING..I would prefer local pick up. I brought it into my garage in a regular pickup truck bed. It is heavy and I have a bad back so myself and 1 person may be able to tip it and slide it on it's side but I would prefer two people to pick it up. As far as shipping somewhere around the country, that can be done, but that would be totally on the buyer and I cannot, and will not have much to do with that as far as finding shippers, loading it myself, etc. I sold my truck so the only way I could get my sons to deliver to you is to rent a truck. That is possible but might not be cost effective. FEEDBACK: We have never had a negative feedback in over 500 transactions. No games here. We want you happy with your purchase if you buy it which is why we prefer inspection, BUT, if you have under 5 feedback PLEASE CONTACT us prior to bidding. We don't sell too often on EBAY, but nothing worse than having somebody bid on your item with absolutely no intention of paying for it, and having to wait through the process to play out before relisting.
