If absolutely anything goes wrong, providing that the broken equipment is returned to us, we will either give a full refund, repair the equipment, or replace with a similar piece of equipment that is up to a one hundred dollar value above the original cost. If you are within twenty five miles of our warehouse, call and schedule a time for us to pick it up. If you are outside the 25 mile radius you are responsible to pay for the shipping to our warehouse. You can call and we will help you with the shipping arrangements. After the three months is up, our lifetime warranty guarantees: that if absolutely anything goes we will either repair the equipment or replace your equipment with the same or similar piece of equipment (approved by the buyer) for 50% off the present value. Free Shipping: We provide free continental United States shipping. If you are located within 50 miles of Grand Rapids, Michigan we could also deliver and install the equipment. Local pickup is always welcomed as well. After your purchase the equipment, please contact us to make shipping arrangements. If you need a lift gate an additional $50 will be added to the total.
