Spirometrics Flowmate V Up for auction is a used Spirometrics Flowmate V Spirometer that is in good physical condition. There are a couple scratches and scuff marks on the casing, but it is otherwise undamaged. For more information on the cosmetic condition please refer to the pictures below. Item Specifications: Model #: 4000 Serial: 1306 When powered on, it worked well. The display came on right away and has a clear readout. All buttons worked as I was able to navigate around all of the menus and change many options with ease. After changing several settings, it prompted to print a report. I loaded the paper and it fed through as expected. There is no ink installed or it is empty so it only printed a blank sheet of paper. After printing, I was then able to start some calibrations. I used a fan and a custom made funnel to increase air flow and the machine picked it up with it's sensors. Unfortunately, the flow was never fast enough to past any of the calibrations. The machine kept saying the flow was not strong enough and would make me restart the test every time. After testing, everything seems to be in good physical condition, but I cannot confirm everything works. Due to this, the item will be sold as is.
