RETURNS & REFUNDS If buyer is not satisfied with the quality of this item or chooses to return the item for any reason, Seller agrees to offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item less any restocking fee if applicable. Seller will request pictures of the damaged area as a means of understanding the damage and making a claim to through the shipping company. If the box arrives with viable damage to the exterior, pictures will be required also. If necessary, Seller will ship replacement parts through USPS parcel post 2 - 9 days unless buyer wants to pay for faster shipping. If Seller sends a new item to replace a broken item, Buyer agrees to repackage the item in its original packaging and return to seller. Seller may require that the damaged item or parts of an item are received prior to sending replacements. RETURN SHIPPING Please include a copy of the eBay/PayPal transaction in the return box. Always send returns from the same address and contact that was used when you received the package. We require that buyer sends return packages with a required signature to verify receipt by seller. In most cases Seller can issue a refund the same day that a returned item is received however buyer is required to allow up to 3 working days for seller to verify returned contents before issuing a refund.
