The package includes the 303D Hot Air Rework Station and wand holder along with two round nozzle tips. The dimensions of the unit are 224 x 126 x 110mm. Be sure to check out the provided manual for further instructions on utilizing the Sparkfun Hot Air SMD Rework Station to its fullest capacity. The Sparkfun Hot Air SMD Rework Station is designed with closed-loop temperature control, heats up quickly, and features an anti-static design. Another intelligent feature is its cooling system which maintains airflow even after the unit is turned off until the air temperature drops below 100В°C. The temperature adjustment range is impressive, ranging from 100 ~ 480В°C, and the handle length (including air line) is 120cm. Additionally, the noise level is less than 40dB, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. This impressive hot-air rework station is perfect for both professionals and hobbyists in need of precise temperature control and large air flows. A digital readout allows for monitoring of the actual air temperature with an air flow of up to 23L per minute. The applications for this unit are vast, including standard SMD reflow/repair/removal, thermal IC stress testing, thermoplastic welding, and shrink-wrapping. The Sparkfun Hot Air SMD Rework Station has only been used a handful of times before our company unfortunately closed down. Despite its limited usage, this powerful device is in pristine condition and is the same as when it was first purchased retailing for $115 through Sparkfun.
