This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition with nice clean upholstery. There is no cuts or holes. All electrical works fine with no problem. It includes only the foot control. I have tested all the functions and they appear to work fine.  it raises, lowers, manual recline and retracts. Very nice chair. Sold as-is, please review all pictures.
