You will receive a memo pad in either pink, white, black or red. 50 sheets of lined paper per memo pad. Approximately 4 1/2” x 2 1/2” in size. COMMENTS: This item will come from my distributor. Sorry they do not shrink wrap any of their items but I am certain that there item will come to you undamaged. If it is damaged it will be due to the post office and NOT because of the distributor. On all my personal items be sure to read in the comments section about their condition they are coming in before buying the item. I will be using stock photos of my distributors items so the items may OR may not look EXACTLY the same as the stock photo shown in my listing even though you will be getting the EXACT item you ordered by it's UPC number the distributor uses meaning eBay may have a different UPC code or stock photo then the one my distributor uses. Delivery Expectations: I ship within the United States and to all international destinations. Most orders are processed within one to three business days of order receipt. Please allow 4 - 13 business days for shipping if ordering from the United States and longer if ordering international. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and international shipments may take up to 21 business days or longer so please be considerate with your feedback. If you are an international buyer it could take a little more time to get to you than orders made in the United States because my distributor don't ship internationally so the books will be delivered to me first then I will have to ship the books to their rightful owner who are international buyers. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed since I do order most of my books and dvds from a distributor. Damaged Items and Lost Shipments: I will be happy to give a full refund for your order if my distributor sends you a damaged item or if your item is lost in the mail. This also goes for any of my personal items I sale. Please send me a photo of the damaged item and mail the damaged item back to me so I can be sure that it is truly damaged if you do end up recieving an item from me that is damaged.
