Made in the US by SKG Automation, the SKG model 700A includes a 1-year warranty. The maximum opening between the clip jaws is 15mm, making it a good replacement for the HP/Agilent 16089A. The SKG model 700A Kelvin clip fixture is now available for purchase and is compatible with the Agilent 4338A/B milli-ohm meter. The SKG model 700A can be used with several LCR meters, including the HP/Agilent 4274A, 4275A, 4278A, 4268A, 4263A/B, 4288A, E4981A, etc., with a maximum usable frequency of 100 KHz. If equipped with BNC to banana adapters, this model can be used with any DCR meter with four terminal Kelvin measurement of DCR. This model is an excellent replacement for the no longer available HP 16338A and the Kelvin clip attachment, with its plug and play compatibility with the 4338A/B.
