DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY: • The buyer pays one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be extra for some items. • Buyers can not arrange their own shipping. Local pickups are available for a $10 handling fee. • Items of 1 pound or less typically ship by USPS Priority mail, while heavier items typically ship by FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and because FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes the buyer must provide a physical shipping address. • We use experience-proven shipping materials and packaging techniques. Products may be disassembled prior to shipping as appropriate to ensure their safety and minimize shipping costs. • Problems are rare however if an item is damaged on arrival, buyer agrees to notify us within 3 days with a contact phone number, and make the item and the original packaging available for inspection for another 10 days. • We will notify our shipping carrier who will then have an opportunity to assess the nature of the damage. After our shipping carrier has made their determination we will then effect a timely resolution. RETURN POLICY: • Typically Returns are not accepted for our items. • If a buyer wishes to return an item from a listing that returns are accepted, the Buyer assumes all shipping charges for the item to be returned. • NTBKSURPLUS will inspect the item for damage and refund the purchase price of the unit only. For Item with consumables, i.e. printers, we are not responsible for the longevity of the consumable items. • If free shipping was offered for the Item, the actual shipping cost will not be refunded. • For all returned items a 15% restock fee will be assessed • No returns will be accepted without prior approval. WARRANTY For Printer items where warranty applies Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy. The warranty is good for 30 days after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt etc.. We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. All items must be returned within their warranty period. They will then be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be issued. All warranty requests must be authorized. Please contact us for return authorization. All DOA request must be made within 7 days of receipt to be accepted.
