Commercial/Industrial sheet cake/brownie cutter. ZBCS, LLC (aka, Z's Brownie Cutting System) has been quietly making this unique cutter that can cut bakery products while still in the pan. I am putting one of our R&D - test cutters up for sale. This cutter is made to cut cake like products in half sheet (13"x18") pans. This machine is not "actually" like our production model but is the same size, looks and operates in the same way. See pictures on my website. The cutting head exists and cuts 63 pieces in 7 x 9 rows with the piece size being about 1.625" x 1.8125". Product can be up to 1.25" thick, with or without particulates such as chocolate chips, cranberries, etc. The cutting head is completely washdown safe with the materials being stainless steel, HDPE plastic and T6061 aluminum. The cutter is operated by pneumatics only, no need for a electrical connection and can be operated with a air compressor as small as 5-6 gallon. A entire pan can be cut in as little as 5 seconds and in one cycle. Our half sheet production model sells for $5,995 plus shipping but we are letting this go at a very reasonable  price which includes shipping/freight charges.
