The dimensions of each magnets is 2 inches long x 1 inch wide x 5/16 of an inch thick. TOLERANCES This batch was commissioned to be manufactured using hyper precise tolerances; unequaled by any magnets you find floating around; they including, amoung other characteristics, a uniform 1mm corner radiusing, Less than .001" variance in thickness and less than .002" variance in length, with a variance in parallelism not to exceed .001"). MAXIMUM OPERATING TEMPERATURE This category (H-class) of neodymium has a maximum operating temperature 54 % higher than the other magnets found on ebay. H-class is used almost exclusively for military and industrial applications. With a maximum operating temperature 100 degrees above standard neodymium, High-temp neodymium magnets are unaffected at temperatures that permanently, and rapidly demagnetize all other classes and categories of neodymium currently available. In addition to their vastly superior operating temperature, and exacting tolerances, they also have a custom 'environmentally ruggedized' finish which is astonishing. RUGGEDIZED FINISH Using a Triple coated Nickel-copper-nickel method of finishing, the plating on these particular magnets are industrial in thickness and consistency. The commissioned requirements of this particular batch required each magnet, and it's plating, to endure savage elemental and environmental abuse. Each batch of this particular run had a sample removed and subjected to a mandatory 50 hour pressurized salt spray test. If the finish was able to handle the entirety of the test without showing any signs of wear, corrosion, or plating failure, then that subunit of the batch passed. Ni-Cu-Ni has superior corrosion resistance and is capable of handling the extremes of outdoor exposure. 2.) This particular plating was manufactured to withstand industrial and environmental abuse. The coating was required to withstand a 50 hour salt spray test, without showing signs of corrosion, blistering, or any other plating failure. 3.) Precision tolerances where upheld during the production of this magnet. These magnets have a safe operating temperature of 248 degrees Fahrenheit...nearly 100 degrees higher than standard neodymium magnets!
