Please read the full description. This Sealed Air Instapak 901 polyurethane foam packing system is a current model. This one was made in 2004. Removed from a working environment. It has been sitting unused for several months. Because I can not test or demonstrate the machine, I am pricing it accordingly. Buy it now, or make your best offer for consideration. The photos show that this machine appears to be in good condition as compared to some others and fairly clean for a foam system. The lines look as though they may have been replaced fairly recently. The pumps fit the 55 gallon drums (some models of the 901/900 only fit the more expensive to use plastic jugs). The pumps are fairly clean but dusty and with some foam splatter... it happens. The "A" side pump now has some resin that is beginning to dry (crystalize) on the pump, but it is still dripping just a little material out the end so it is probably cleanable with the proper solvent. The gun is in fairly clean condition (for a foam gun) and should clean up nicely if desired. There are good solvents available from 3rd party suppliers that they claim can completely clean all wet resin, dry resin, and also set foam from the gun parts, pumps and lines. I will supply this info to the buyer if needed. Sealed Air would rather sell replacement parts! But you and I both know that it can be cleaned. There are also suppliers of excellent foam resins that will work with this machine at lower cost than buying them from Sealed Air. Because you will own your machine, not leasing it, you will be able to use 3rd party materials and save money. It is a current model so parts are no problem. It needs only a source of 220-240 vac 1 phase power. There is no need of a compressor or nitrogen cylinder with this model. This machine will probably work fine after cleaning, but it is being sold as-is without any claim or liability as to its condition or use. The buy it now price is fair and takes into consideration the appearance and overall condition of the machine as well as the possibility that like any used foam machine it may need some work or even replacement parts to be fully usable. You are invited to make a fair offer as well. It is available for free local pickup. The machine itself probably weighs less than 100 lbs., but on the pallet it probably weighs about 175 lbs. Transport is the responsibility of the purchaser, but it can be shipped by truck easily. I may be able to get it delivered at little or no cost in this area if my company truck goes to your city on a regular schedule. I will gladly help any way I can. Buy with confidence.
