SCHOOL OFFICE COUNTERS, CABINETS, and (2) Secretary CUBICLES. Disassembled. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY These SCHOOL OFFICE COUNTERS, FILING / STORAGE CABINETS, and (2) Secretary CUBICLES are Disassembled and currently in storage. It was used by a technical school for about 20 years until recently when a renovation was started. Made of particle board, partitions, and filing / storage cabinets. It is all in good condition. Some of the filing / storage cabinets were recycled from the previous office layout. Previously GREEN, they are now BEIGE (Professionally spray painted by Auto Body program). The buyer is buying all this AS IS. No chairs, computers, or other equipment come with it. The pictures were taken with the Counter in use. Unfortunately, I mislaid all of my measurements. The long back counter and other counter can be cut and adjusted to the length and / or configuration needed. Besides the long back counter there is another counter that is between the back counter and the (2) cubicles. The last picture shows it with the cabinets under it. More Filing cabinets also under that counter. Please note that some of the storage / filing cabinets are still being used in a temporary office, and may not be available until the beginning or second week of June. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Conditions: Payment for the item must be received within 14 days from the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with the Seller such as payment upon pickup. Preferred Payment can be made at time of pickup. The item must be picked up with 30 days from the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made with the Seller. The Seller will not ship these items or make arrangement for these items to be shipped. If payment is not made within the specific period of time or other arrangements made, the Seller reserves the rights to file a non-payment report with Ebay, and relist the item or offer the item to the runner-up bidder. In order for the school to hold or store the item for longer than 30 days, payment must be made in full within the specific time period. The Seller must be notified of the pickup a minimum 24 hours in advance. The school is opened for pickup, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM. All International payments MUST be made through PAYPAL for the protection of both parties. The school offers no warranty or guarantee. The buyer is purchasing this item "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS".
