These bldgs. are in very good shape. They are 24WX36LX14H. Th exterior is a Hardi Panel material and the internal walls are a composite material. The HVAC is a Bard unit. There is no plumbing, however it could be added very easily. The units were manufactured between 1987 and 89. They were manufactured by Southern Structures in Ocala Fl. and were upgraded in 2006.The flooring is constructed of 2x6 and 2x8 pine, covered with real plywood and vinyl. Each unit comes with a working Bard air conditioning system. The electrical is 60 amp up to 200amp. They are completely wired and are telephone and computer ready. The roof is constructed of metal,or plywood and shingles and is supported by steel trusses in the middle. The interior walls are constructed of a composite material that is very durable an washable.They have been wll maintained while in operation, and some are still in operation and will be until I remove them. The A/C systems will be thoroughly checked and serviced once relocated. These units come with 30' handicap accessible aluminum ramps at the front entrance and aluminum steps at the rear, all in great shape. I now have plans to these units. They would be perfect for churches, hunt camps, offices, classrooms, etc. FOB price is 15,500. Transporation and set up is included with the ( BUY IT NOW ) price for local orders only.
