These items are generally unused and in excellent condition. We can’t call them “new” because they have been pre-owned. Some remain sealed in original packaging, but most have been opened for inspection or testing and entered into inventory. Some of the boxes are dusty and/or torn due to storage on shelves in a manufacturing environment and/or handling during the sale, but the items themselves are fine. If the item itself has scuffs or scratches we will clearly state so (but any such wear due to handling is purely superficial and will not interfere with the correct functioning of the device). We will describe the item, and its condition, honestly. We are not experts and do not use these items, therefore we simply describe them as completely as we can and present lots of photos. If you have questions, please ask – we’ll respond as best we can. If you have doubts, then please do not bid – we don’t want unhappy customers. Note 1: These items have passed a visual inspection. We have no ability to test items (and sometimes we don’t know what they do!). We assume they are working because they came from a working facility and were stocked as spares for operational machines.
