Then this is another simple auction: Background: We are changing our business focus (that is to say retiring, yippee!!) and moving out a lot of test equipment from the attic, hangar and "Dog House" that is no longer used. Each piece received a careful "look-see" and will be offered with an honest assessment as to functionality and condition. All items will be sold "As is/Where is" with no warranty expressed or implied. This is a great chance to pick up some good gear at a bargain price. Item Description: This SADELCO MINIMAX (800) was used in an Engineering environment in the support of Ground Support Equipment testing. It shows the wear of being used on the shop floor and in the field. Last usage was in March of 2015 and a Performance Check was performed on 09/19/2015. This portable, battery-operated test set is designed for fast, simple location of signal defects. Working specifications are: FREQUENCY RANGE 5 - 872 MHz STANDARD CHANNEL PLANS EIA, HRC, IRC, AIR (VHF, UHF, FM) TUNING INCREMENTS: Frequency Mode: 125 KHz Channel Mode: 6, 7, or 8 MHz FREQUENCY ACCURACY: +/- 20 KHz IF BANDWIDTH: 280 KHz at 3 dB points ADJACENT CHANNEL REJECTION: 40 dB or better FM SELECTIVITY: Will distinguish 2 FM signals of similar amplitude 300 KHz apart MEASUREMENT RANGE: -30 to +50 dBmV (+30 to +110 dBuV) AMPLITUDE ACCURACY: Includes frequency response, log linearity and attenuator +/- 1.0 dB at 770 F (+/- 0.5 dB typical) +/- 2.0 dB from 0 - 1200 F (+/- 1.0 dB typical) AUTO-CALIBRATION: Each measurement computer corrected for level, attenuator setting and temperature. Known Deficiencies/Faults: - There are scuffs on the safety cover for the liquid crystal display. - The battery pack is just this side of "shot". It will retain charge for barely an hour.
