 ROTOCON LAB FRAME, Model NAH43, 4 Ft Wide by 3 Ft High and approximately 18 Inches Deep, Heavy Duty. This model exhibits the "No Base Support Rod" design. Made of 1/2 inch round 6061-T6 solid Aluminum rods connected and anchored by our tough Rotocon Zinc-alloy/Aluminum-alloy Assembly Clamps using nickel-plated steel nuts and screws. Sturdy construction with rod support, horizontally and vertically, at 12 inch intervals will accomodate heavy loads providing a very strong lattice support. There are four anchoring bases which can be attached to your table top, hood base, plywood base or floor to prevent tipping over. These clamps can connect at 10 or 15 degree intervals (according to size of clamps or mounts) and will allow much versatility in design and construction. Detailed suggested assembly instructions for frames as pictured are included. The kit contents are as follows: 7 each 1/2 inch round aluminum solid rods 36 inches in length, 4 each 1/2 inch round aluminum solid rods 48 inches in length, 20 sets SRT-1/2 Zinc-alloy Snap-On Assembly Clamps, 4 sets SRTL-1/2 Aluminum-alloy Snap-On Assembly Clamps, 2 sets FL Aluminum-alloy Base Flanges (Anchors or feet) and 12 stainless steel screws for anchoring.  Assembly required. Tape measure, Phillips and flat blade screwdriver and 5/16" Allen wrench are needed but not included in package. (This design also comes in various sizes (up to 6 ft wide by 6 ft high) and strengths (L, M or H), with connectors made of Lexan, Zinc-alloy or Aluminum-alloy, anchors made of Lexan, Zinc-alloy or Aluminum-alloy, and rods made of 1/2" round tubular stainless steel, solid stainless steel, solid aluminum or white fiberglass).
