You will be purchasing a used Rohde & Schwarz FSEB30 Spectrum Analyzer 20Hz to 7 GHz with options B4, B5, B15 and B17. The Unit is functional and it passes internal Diagnostics and Calibration. The cosmetics are in good condition with scratches. The Unit is missing the feet and there are no other options and manuals. What you will receive: 1 x Rohde & Schwarz FSEB30 Spectrum Analyzer 1 x Power Cord Warranty, Payment and additional info This item is USED and comes with a 3 Day Guarantee against DOA. However I may be willing to give more time if asked prior to buying. You are buying the item described in the ad and is shown in the photo only, any item not listed in the description or shown in the photo is not included. Please be aware that the Unit may need to be calibrated based on your use and the guarantee is only for DOA or the additional communicated warranty that we have agreed on. Payment must be received in 3 days however I am willing to give more time if asked prior to buying. In the event that you fail to pay in 3 days or the additional time that was agreed on, I reserve the right to void the sale and re-list the Unit. Please note that the shipping cost is an estimate with insurance and all items will be insured for the full sold price. I will put the actual cost for shipping when I send you the invoice. In the event that you pay the full amount of shipping prior to an Invoice being sent to you, I will refund you the difference if it is less than you paid. Warranty period begins the day item is received. If you receive an item that I have guaranteed against DOA or other communicated warranty and if there is an issue, please notify me immediately. A Refund is giving once the Item, all parts and accessories have been returned, verified and the Void Labels have not been tampered with. If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, I will not give refund and I will notify eBay for return policy abuse. If you are returning an item, your original shipping/handling will be refunded but you are responsible for returning the item and paying for return shipping. International shipping may require an additional cost. In this case, I will ask the Buyer to pay the extra shipping & handling cost. International packages will not have insurance unless it is shipped via UPS. Items that are shipped via USPS will not have insurance.
