LISTED IS A RIGID PIPE CUTTER MODEL: 101 ESTATE SALE FIND IN NEAR NEW CONDITION (They actually are new, never been used but have minor paint chipping because the packaging was discarded and they were kept in a bag so we are listing them as used.) 1/4 TO 1 1/8 If you have any questions please feel free to ask. International buyers please be aware your item can take up to 8 weeks when shipping First Class. For faster shipping ( but not fast) please choose Priorty Mail when checking out. Your welcome to choose the cheaper rate for First Class when applicle (up to 4 pounds) but you must be willing to wait for your item. Except for Free shipping listings the shipping price you see also includes a handling fee. Its not extra. Its already been added. Be sure to look at the shipping and handling price before you purchase. Do not buy if you do not agree with the price. Refunds are only given in a few cases where an item is signifcantly different then item description. If you have any problems, please contact us through Ebay messaging. Our items are kept in a smoke free enviroment but we do have a small dog. If you have seen my Me page you will notice my dog. He is a maltipoo (maltese & poodle) which is considered to be hypoallergenic but like I said many of my items do not come from my own home.
