It comes with extra charts, and some of the specs are:  115V, 60Hz, 1PH.  It does move when plugged in, but we don't have further knowledge on how to operate it, so we have adjusted the price. The way that we tested it was that we plugged it in and grabbed the temperature sensor to test whether or not it would read the temperature. It did appear to register the change in temperature but as stated previously our knowledge of this device is limited. Sold as is.
