Thanks for looking SELLER’S POLICIES — Buyer Requisites Packaging Shipping & East Coast Delivery Confirmation Tracking & Invoicing International Shipping Returns Feedback Buyer Prerequisites: All buyers will have positive and recent Feedback Score of (3) or more. All buyers will have a verifiable PayPal account. All buyers may be required to verify their shipping address and PayPal account information prior to or upon winning a bid or making a purchase. We verify the eBay ID background of each buyer and reserve the right to cancel any bid or purchase if we suspect “account ghosting” or if buyer prerequisites are not met. Packaging: We package very carefully and wrap with bubble wrap, etc., to insure the product is protected while in transit. We package and ship all items the way we would like and expect to receive them. Insurance is automatically added to items that require insurance. Shipping: All purchases will ship the next business day after payment is received with the exception of Sunday and non-mailing holidays. We typically ship via USPS (cheapest), UPS Priority Mail or by UPS 3-day Ground, whichever is best and/or preferred by the buyer. We try to ship all purchases using USPS Flat Rate Boxes, 1st class package USPS when items with packing is less than 13 oz, whenever possible. This is the cheapest and quickest shipping method. Our alternative low-cost shipping method is USPS Parcel Select. However, the transit time for USPS Parcel Select is 2-9 business days. We are willing to rush shipping by Federal Express, UPS or USPS if the buyer agrees to pay any additional overnight or express delivery fees in advance. I only charge for actual shipping costs unless shipping requires an expensive specialty box or special handling, then we charge a small nominal shipping and handling fee. Standard shipping rates and timelines apply to parcels shipped within the 48 United States. We are willing to ship to Alaska or Hawaii as long as the buyer understands additional shipping fees may apply. We will provide proof of shipping upon request and/or when necessary. Shipping to the East Coast: Please be advised that if you live on the East Coast, delivery from Las Vegas can take 7 - 9 business days. We will work with any buyer that needs to receive their item within a shorter timeline, with the understanding that expedited shipping fees may be higher than originally listed or quoted and that shipping costs to the East Coast are higher than other states. Additional shipping fees must be paid in advance. Delivery Confirmation: Delivery Confirmation will be required on all items listed for $25 or more. We reserve the right to require signature delivery confirmation on any item shipped. Invoice & Tracking: Tracking is placed on all parcels. Tracking Numbers are sent to the buyer after payment has been received and shipping has been scheduled. Invoices are provided upon request. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY International Buyer Prerequisites: All International buyers will meet the following International Buyer Prerequisites before making a bid or purchase. All international buyers will have a recent 2-year account with eBay in good standing and have 25 or more feedbacks as an eBay buyer and an a 100% buyer’s rating. All international purchases will be shipped through the GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. International Buyers Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or listed or quoted shipping cost. Import duties, taxes and other related and any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. All non-payments without communication will result in a non-payment case being opened through eBay for the purpose of retrieving any selling fees to eBay on any non- paid for items. Return Policy: We are willing to work with a customer to correct any issue. We list all items with care, honesty and describe each item for sale to the best of our ability. All items are sold per the specific description and photographs as in the posting. Any flaws, nicks, finger prints, cracks, rips or otherwise not mentioned in the item’s description OR depicted in the photos is an unintentional oversight and not a deliberate misrepresentation. Gold & Silver Returns: All items listed as 10K, 18K or 24K “Gold” or .925 “Silver” are assessed and appraised by a local jeweler prior to listing. Items are also photographed and inventoried. Higher-end items are listed with our insurance company. Any returned Gold or Silver item will be re-authenticated by the same local jeweler before granting a full refund. A 20% Restocking Fee may apply. Please read our Restocking Fee policy for details. Defective items: Items identified as defective may be returned within 5 days of receipt of the USPS, UPS or Federal Express Tracking Number Proof of Delivery Date. Items must be returned in their original condition, include all original parts, recorded serial or identification numbers and/or original certificates (COA). Items must be returned in their original shipping box with original shipping materials. Restocking Fee: Any items being returned fully functional for ANY reason will be Assessed a 20% Restocking Fee in addition to forfeiture of any eBay, PayPal, and Shipping Costs incurred. Items Sold AS-IS, OR Broken, OR for Parts: We do not represent sold “AS IS” items to be anything more than described to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee these items to be free of cosmetic flaws or smells of any kind nor do we guarantee their mechanical functionality. For these reasons, returns are NOT typically accepted on sold “AS IS” items. However, there may be instances where we agree to amend this policy. Should this occur, a restocking fee of 20% will apply in addition to forfeiture of any eBay, PayPal, and Shipping Costs incurred. Please use eBay’s Automated Return Process to ship your return items. In circumstances where the seller is at fault, buyer will be reimbursed his or her shipping fees. At no time will any buyer be permitted to keep both the item AND receive a full refund on their purchase.
