Reliance Medical Examination Chair 980 Motor Hydraulic Chair Base & Foot Switch You are looking at a vintage Reliance Medical Examination Chair Model #980. It will come on its Motor Hydraulic Chair Base that includes the footswitch. The head and foot rests are also present. This chair is in excellent used condition. No major marks or damages. There is some light wear and tear from non-abusive use however it is hardly noticable. Please see photos for details. We powered it on and tested its ability to function. It was able to raise up and go back down, recline and go back to normal while under a 200lb load from a human being. We used the footswitch controls as well as the controls that you can find on both sides of the chair. The chair will also turn to the left and the right when the break isn't engaged. Head and foot rests will be fully adjustable throughout their available range. The chair also sits flush with the ground...in the photos it is sitting off center on the furnature dolly and looks a little funny.
