However larger items and quantity orders take more time to pack. 2- Shipping Method: Our standard carrier is UPS for all domestic and international orders. However we may prefer to ship items through other carriers at our own discretion. US Continental $9.95 Hawaii & Alaska & PR & Canada: $29.95 Other Countries: Please ask for a shipping quote 3) Shipping Charges: A flat shipping and handling rate is quoted for US, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico destinations. Return Policy If you see the 30 days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page You Can Contact For Return Authorization (RMA) if the item is defective 1) If you see 30 Days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page: If the used item that you have received is defective, you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available. If the replacement is not available a PayPal refund (including original shipping) will be issued or we may choose to send a company check in some cases. 2) No Return For New Items: No Return or Refund is accepted for New items and Software Packages Note: Calibration Issues, Software codes, Passwords, Licenses, Flash / BIOS upgrades or any software issues, batteries and any perishable items are not covered by our DOA warranty as we are selling hardware only. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and compare them with recorded serial numbers. Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our side.
