It powered on and I could hear it, and see little bubbles. It started to heat up to set point and it appears that the timer is working as it should. I tested it with a piece of foil as shown, and you can see the ripples in the foil. However, I lack the knowledge or equipment to test it further, so due to little testing, it is being sold as is. .The bath has a drain and is plugged with what looks like plummers wax. Not sure.
