The pharmacy shipped sealed - refrigerated medication to my home in this container - so it has been used once. It is just like new - CLEAN WITH NO ODORS. The white cardboard outer shipping box fits the cooler perfectly and it may have some scuffs from the shipping process but that will not affect its performance. Outside dimensions: 11 x 9 x 12 ~ Inside dimensions: 8 x 6 and is 9" deep. *Buyer must supply his/her own ice packs for the shipping of perishables. IMPORTANT-----The Styrofoam cooler will be shipped inside the original sturdy white outer box that is shown. We will cover (wrap) the white outer box with brown paper then attach your shipping label to the outside.
