PROFILE THERMOCOUPLE 3 ZONE, QUARTZ SHEATH, JUNCTIONS, CONNECTORS, CONAX/TEMPRESS Profile thermocouples are used in diffusion furnaces to provide accurate temperature measurement and control critical steps in the process cycle. Longerm temperature process zones allow more wafers per run, which necessitates need form multijunction thermocouples spaced in longer process zones. This is a Three Zone Process Thermocouple. The external wiring is encapsulated in Teflon for high temperature applications, this is a HIGH Temperature process thermocouple, removed from a system with heating elements capable of operating at 1300 degrees C. The quartz sheaths measure approximately 86.75" long from end to end, not including the metal to quartz adapter. The adapter is approximately 1" long. There are three connectors after the Teflon encapsulated wiring for connection to the control system. We believe these are a Type J thermocouple, but is unverified. All is included. We highly recommend a customized box or crate due to the fragile nature of this item and these are not included in the price. We have local companies that are inexpensive and are happy to have them quote for you.
