Model PP-76ST  A Compact L’ Sealer and Shrink Tunnel all built into one machine.  This machine features an extra large 16” W x 22” L seal area and is only 56” in total length. Operator simply places product onto loading tray and moves film and package into chamber area, lower the hooded chamber and the magnets apply seal pressure to seal and cut film. Hooded chamber will then heat up and shrink package, when shrink cycle is complete hooded chamber open for operator to remove package.                     Standard Features Include: 1.     New “Band Seal Technology” – Teflon coated sealing blade, No more seal wires to replace, will seal PVC or Polyolefin with no smoke or fumes. 2. Multiple automatic pin wheel hole punch for air evacuation from bag. Independent Seal time and Shrink time control. 3.     Dual mode switch – “Seal Only” or “Seal and Shrink”. 4.     Precision temperature control adjustment for chamber heat from 0-500 degrees F. 5.     Easy load film holder with adjustable core chuck holders. 6.     Adjustable product loading tray which can be locked in place. 7. Adjustable table lowers 3.5” for tall package sizes and also reduces film tension when sealing. 8. Dual Automatic “Magnetic Arm Hold Down” - Keeps chamber closed automatically during shrink cycle and automatically releases when cycle is complete. 9. Heavy duty 1/2 HP blower motor for maximum air circulation resulting in a better shrink. 10. Maximum package height is 8” 11. Maximum film width is 24” 12. Heavy duty locking casters. 13. Easy access electrical control panel located at the rear of the machine for easy service and repair. 14. Your PP-76ST  is full protected during shipment and is bolted to a heavy duty pallet base that is then protected by a tri-walled heavy duty corrugated box to ensure your machine arrives in good condition and there is no additional charge for crating.
