Powers on and lights up, but the bulbs may need to be changed. It requires 4 (2 are spares). We are including 2 replacement bulbs with the unit. The instruction manual is also included. Comes as pictured, with no other parts or accessories included. There are multiple units available, so the one you receive may vary cosmetically from the one pictured. **Please see photos for more details/information** We accept payments through PayPal.
