Piazza quality in the field of stainless extends to the series of strainers distinguished by the tough, close mesh employed as well as by the lasting and well-finished welding to the body. Please be sure to see the other commercial quality kitchen items we have listed. FEATURES: This commercial food strainer features ultra fine and reinforced mesh. The wire mesh alone is so strong, it would be difficult to push it in. The funnel portion is actually two pieces that are spot welded together for added strength. The handle has 6 spot welds and the front hook has 4 spot welds to make it very heavy-duty. The entire piece is made of 18/10 stainless steel AISI 304. It also features a handy front hook support so it can be placed over the top of a pot to allow you to use both hands for pouring. This piece does not have the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) stickers on it, however, it being all stainless steel, it would definitely qualify for their commercial rating. The handle has a hole at the end for hanging it and keeping it within reach. It is dishwasher safe and made in Italy.
