We did not have the equipment to test this unit, thus it is listed "As-Is" for parts or repair. we powered this unit but was unable to test full functionality. We ship using UPS Ground for smaller items. Freight Shipping can be arranged for larger items at the buyer's expense. All items are insured through UPS.
