Exact item shown - stainless steel bodied HFR series pressure regulator made by Veriflo in Richmond (Now a division of Parker). Serial Number is 383339.  Max inlet pressure is 500 PSI.  The valve looks very good, the knob however is cracked.  I tested it at low pressure and it works.  Stainless fittings as shown are included (they are Cajon 316 stainless, they look unused) Parker's site provides some details here http://www.parker.com/Literature/Veriflo/25000035_HFR900.pdf Value Proposition: The HFR900 Series regulator is designed and engineered for high flow rate applications requiring a compact pressure regulator for control.
