Payment: We prefer & accept Mastercard & Visa Credit Card Payments, cashiers check, or wire transfers. We also accept business checks but they must be received within 3 business days of the purchase and must be cleared before equipment will ship. We will provide buyer with confirmation of the cleared check within 24 hours of seller’s notice. Credit Card payments will be made offline directly to seller M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Buyer should contact MWS, Inc. for a freight rate prior to bidding on the item. Buyer can check with a freight carrier of their choice for freight or pick up, but must notify MWS, Inc. within 24 hours of the purchase. Seller’s shipping rates are dock to dock within the continental United States only. No International shipments will be arranged by the seller, unless contacted prior to bidding. Residential deliveries are subject to additional freight & handling charges. Freight arrangements must be made & scheduled with or by the seller within 2 business days of the purchase. Freight Claims: Freight Claims must be made immediately with the seller upon delivery inspection of the item purchased. Damaged items will be documented by the buyer and documented by the freight carrier before the carrier leaves the shipped dock. A signed copy and photos of the damaged freight will be sent to the seller within 24 hours of the claim. Seller will initiate the claim with the carrier. No decision or determination for replacement of the item or equipment will be made until the claim is final between the seller and the carrier. Warranty: All items or equipment is sold AS-IS, no warranty, unless otherwise expressed in the product description. Seller has explained the overall condition and general working order of the item in the product description. Buyer understands there is no warranty included once a bid is placed.
