This is the base of the steamer. It has a diameter of 19-1/2" and a height of 5-1/8". There is a body and a cover with a loop lid as well. This steamer is used to prepare the traditional dumpling found in many Asian dishes. It is professional quality and extremely durable. It is dishwasher safe. The base has perforations so liquid can easily drain and dumplings don't become soggy or over-cooked. The body and cover are items 49606-00 and 49606-01.
