This item is new never used. Apex PA04 Op-Amp. This device is a 20 A, 200 V power Op-Amp with fantastic performance, a slew rate of 50 V/µs and power bandwidth of about 90 kHz. It can accomplish all this while maintaining a very high 200W internal power dissipation. The PA04 is a very flexible device in terms of tasking. It features a sleep mode that allows ultra-low Q current (standby operation or load protection) by disabling the entire amplifier; boost voltage inputs allow the amplifier's small signal portion to operate at a higher voltage than the output stage; the amplifier can be biased to achieve close linear swings to the supply rails at high currents for extra efficient operation. The device is housed in a hermetically sealed and isolated JEDEC MO-127 12-pin metal PowerDIP package.thanks.
