One of the panel locks on units front panel is chipped (SEE PHOTOS). On initial power-up unit beeps and display lights up “00” than display code “c2”( NO BATTERY). Units power output sockets are fully functional. When unit is powered off the unit continues to operate the battery charger and control circuits. Units Power cable is not included.
