The motor assembly equipped in the QTXN100HL Fan is designed to be plugged in not hardwired and completely removable making repair extremely simpler. The motor is permanently lubricated meaning you will not need to have oil on hand to maintain your bath fan. The blower motor is dynamically balanced giving you a quiet effective performance. The low sones level is partially achieved through a larger blower wheel operating at a low RPM.
