This Sale is for one rare and pricey Top of the Line USA made New Old Stock Newman Tools Canada ( but made in Escondito California USA ) Precision PI 3600-3900mm SS ( Stainless Steel) outside diameter. This tape has black lines and numerials making it easy to read. This tape reads the diameter of the worpiece directly without complicated calculations. The tool is easy to use and replaces entire sets of micrometers or calipers within its range. The tool is made of stainless steel with easy to read etchings and comes fitted in an anodized aluminum case. In use the tape is simply wrapped around the piece to be measured , the tape overlaps itself and the vernier is read to 0.01mm. These precision tools are meant to last a lifetime and quickly pay for themselves. Included with the tape are a set of instructions. I am told youtube has several videos on the use of these tapes as well. Much easier to use than a set of mics especially when you get into large sizes. A must have for lathe and fabrication work.
