This working Mini Maglite is in used but excellent condition and measures 5.75 inches in length. It is engraved with the logo of the Trooper Foundation of New York, and was a gift to members of the NYSP in the early to mid 90s as I recall. It was gently used, showing very minor wear along the barrel and a couple small nicks on the head. It runs on 2 AA batteries (not included) and is activated by rotating the head, which also adjusts the beam from wide to narrow. The leather holster is also in great shape, and has a snap for attachment to belt, gear, etc. As the 100th anniversary of the New York State Police approaches, this is an outstanding piece of functional AND historical memorabilia from one of the earliest state police agencies in the country.
