These handcuffs are standard model 100-1 handcuffs in Weather Shield blue finish with the traditional sliding double lock. This set is exactly the same setup that jails and prisons use for transporting dangerous prisoners. So whether you need a set of solid restraints for your line of duty activities or are interested in an addition to your restraint collection, these are quite the item. No theatrical dungeon would be complete without a full set of steel restraints. These are new in the box with two keys and instructions. We are not suggesting any particular use.
