The burners on the stove, each with 30,000 BTUs, as well as the U type oven burner inside the oven all work to provide consistent heat distribution. Because the unit is made up of stainless steel and porcelain, it is easy to clean up should the regular spills and overflows occur. The grease trough removes excess fat from the area, decreasing the chances of fare ups over the flame.
