WHITE MUSTANG  1 QUART NON-BLEEDING PLASTISOL INK FOR MOST BLEEDER FABRICS. INCLUDING NYLON, POLYESTER &COTTON White Mustang Is A Low Temperature Curing White Plastisol Ink Recommended For All Fabrics, Including Nylon, Polyester And Cotton. White Mustang Is Almost Non-Bleeding; We Suggest That Before Using White Mustang For Difficult To Adhere Surfaces And Bleeder Fabrics, A Sample Should Be Made To Make Sure Of The Product Suitability. This Pure And Bright White Plastisol Ink Is A Non-Phthalate Product That Saves Energy Due To It's Low Temperature Fusing. In Some Cases, One Coat May Suffice To Have Enough Coverage And Whiteness. If White Mustang Has To Be Thinned Down; Only Nylon Curable Reducer ( NCR-40 ) From Xenon Products Should Be Used. The Reason Is That Most Reducer Would Make The Product To Bleed And Lose It's Adhesion To Difficult Fabrics. APPLICABILITY: 1: White Mustang May Be Used For All Fabrics, Including Nylon, Vinyl, Polyester And Cotton. 2: For Printing Bleeder Shirts, Including Red, Dark Green, Blue, Black And Other Colors. 3: For Fabrics That May Be Distorted By High Temperature Curing. 4: Can Be Used Manually Or On High Speed Automatics. 5: When Bright White Is A Requisite. 6: When The Accumulation Of Ink On Automatic Machine Becomes A Problem. PROCEDURE: Apply The Ink To The Fabric And Flash BELOW 320 F. DO NOT EXCEED Beyond Recommended Temperature For Flash Unit. After Flashing, The Heat Can Be Adjusted From 320 F To 400 F Without The Danger Of Bleeding Of The Ink. For Nylon Fabric, Fusing May Be Achieved At 290 F With 45 Second Dwell Time.
