Dead on Arrivals (DOAs) and Replacements Although we test all of our products before shipping, DOAs do happen from time to time. Our warranty will cover the damaged equipment and we will replace it at NO cost. All DOAs and replacements will ship via UPS GROUND SERVICE or USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of notification. If you need faster shipping times, the buyer will assume the difference in shipping costs. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Returned merchandise MUST be in the original packaging and original boxes for a return to be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment and will be liable for the merchandise until we receive it. What this means is that we strongly recommend insuring the merchandise for the invoiced amount. If we receive damaged goods, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or discount the value of the damaged goods from the refund.
