Double walled construction welded, riveted, and screwed to achieve maximum strength, with G90 galvanized sheeting. 3/16" G90 galvanized plate floor. Designed to be able to easily roll a rack or cart into and out of. Insulated with 6 lb density mineral wool designed to withstand 1300 degrees. Ships fully assembled. Requires a 220v 4 wire hookup(2 hot legs, a neutral, and a ground). Fiberglass gasket door seal. Easily adjustable PID temperature controls as well as a secondary switch for the heaters. Designed for use at up to 500 degrees. 55A Draw at 240V.  Can manufacture this product as 3phase up to 240V at no additional charge. Please contact us for higher voltage applications.
