Return Policy If you see the 30 days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page You Can Contact For Return Authorization (RMA) if the item is defective 1) If you see 30 Days DOA Warranty logo in the auction page: If the used item that you have received is defective, you should contact us within 5 days after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will be required for issuing an RMA number in some cases. The RMA number will be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for you if a replacement is available.
