Equipped with two Corderite ceramic baking decks, this model provides you with the ability to cook pizza, pretzels, and other bread products right on the baking surface. This oven is equipped with heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements on both the top of the oven as well as underneath each baking deck. This design allows for proper heating and even cooking of your goods. With solid steel construction, this pizza oven will last you through many pizzas in the future. Please note that this unit is for prebaked crust only and is not recommended for fresh dough or pan pizza baking.
