If the item is damaged, defective or does not match the description in the ad then we will issue a replacement upon receipt of the original item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is because of a mistake on our part. For returns or exchanges that we pay for we authorize the sender to use our UPS account # for the return, we do not use call tags or reimburse for return shipping charges.
