Comdel CDX-1000 is a new Dual Frequency RF Generator/Power Supply designed for plasma applications. It comes in a 1000 or 2000 Watt model with a compact packaging that reduces space, service and spare inventory requirements. Comdel CDX-1000 has protection circuits that safeguard the amplifiers from over-voltage, over-current and over-power conditions. It also has unique power monitoring in the low-frequency section that measures delivered power into any impedance load. With optional phase locked output in the low-frequency section, it eliminates the need for a matching network in many applications.
