New Attias 3BK-7SP Seven Spit Gas Rotisserie Oven 28-35 Chicken Capacity This Attias Rotisserie Oven (25.5"L x 37.5"W x 80"H) with front sliding glass door, constructed out of 20 Ga type-430 stainless steel, all electrically welded to 3/16" angle line frame for total stability and to ensure long life. No screws or rivets fittings appear on the front or sides of the machine for easy cleaning, and designed to be mounted on 6" legs with bullet feet for leveling purposes. Hand-packed with non-toxic, non-asbestos mineral wool insulation that will not decompose or mildew for maximizing energy and efficient, resulting in a cooler working area, with a high quality 20 Ga type-430 stainless steel exterior and interior finish. This unit features with an oven safety pilot system; on/off automatic gas valve stops the gas flow into the gas burner if the pilot light is extinguished. Each burner is actuated by individual pilot lights. This unit is fully plumbed and requires a single 3/4" gas pipe connection to either natural gas or liquid propane gas. This unit is available in natural gas (5" water column) or liquid propane gas (10" water column). The Attias Rotisseries are equipped with a 6" draft hood for direct venting or for use under a canopy/hood. (Conditions vary upon local county requirements.) Extra 24" required for loading and unloading spit from machine. Includes additional options such as 4 casters; two with brakes, two without, rack for spit holder available with or without casters, and chrome wire baskets.
