IT POWERS ON WHEN I FLIP THE SWITCH AND WHEN I HOLD THE BATTERY TEST BUTTON IT SHOWS IN THE GOOD RANGE, BUT I LACK THE KNOWLEDGE OR EQUIPMENT TO TEST IT FURTHER SO IT IS SOLD AS-IS AS PICTURED.
